HereisanotherexampletoshowthatusingAPdoesnotnecessarilyputyourH-1bstatusinrisk.ThispersonusedAPtoenterUS,hisnewI-94(basedonAP)wasnotedwiththeI-94numberforhisH-1b.ThisimpliesthatifyoukeepyourH-1bworkingconditionwithyourH-1bemployer,youaremaintainingyourH-1bstatusafterusingAP.
2.H1-B,刚刚用了AP,I94有了新的号码（不过H1的那个也写在下面了），没问题吧
