OPT 与 NIW 申请

本人国内医学本科毕业，在美国读生物学PhD已经五年半，预计今夏毕业，届时可望有两篇firstauthorpeerreviewpapersubmittedoraccepted。除3篇conferencepaper外，无其他publication。毕业后去路已经找好，是在一non-profitorganization做postdoc，同意办H1。
现在想办NIW拿绿卡，听人说：递交了140就不能办OPT；在OPT中递交了140，OPT自动结束，不知是否有此事？也请各位过来人评估一下我的条件是否合[阅读全文]
