南京人的互助養老：陪診、買藥、陪聊，不花一分錢 A Mutual Retirement Life Support Model In Nanjing

在「存款百萬，不敢退休」的今天，我們能否想象一種「不花錢」的養老模式？2019年，南京市政府決定推廣一種新型的互助養老模式——「時間銀行」。年輕人、低齡老人利用碎片時間為需要幫助的老人提供上門服務，這些服務時長會被記錄、存儲下來，等未來自己有需要時再換取相應時長的養老服務。

Nowadays, when people dare not to retire before saving enough money, can we imagine a retirement life support model free of charge? In 2019, the Nanjing Municipal Government decided to promote a new mutual-support model for retirees, Time Bank. Under this project, young people and younger senior citizens offer services to old people who need help and the time they spend is recorded and saved for them to change the services they need after they retire.
