H1B transfer遇到麻烦

我在大学做postdoc。
因为LD换工作，举家搬迁。一时未找到适合的工作，原老板老板帮我keepH1B身份，算
我请假3个月，没有工资。现在新的lab为我transferH1B，学校的律师说因为我最近的
3个月没有paystubs，移民局会拒绝这个transfer。请问，有这个说法么？谢谢！[阅读全文]
