FBI said 485 Name Check finalized, USCIS said no, HELP!

IreceivedaletterfromFBIsayingthatmynamecheckwasfinalizedonJan.27.Also,IwenttoINFOPASSonFeb.16andwastoldthenamecheckresultwasenteredintheirsystemonFeb.12.However,whenmylawyercontactedtheofficersatUSCIS,shewastoldthatmybackgroundcheckwasstillpending.Doesanybodyhaveanyideawhatisgoingonhere?AnythingIcandotosolvethisdiscrepancy?
