07、31、09刚刚close我的mortgage，很幸运碰到这家公司。这家houston公司不错--又快又好，rate很好，客服也好。我的credit有一些问题，etc他想尽办法，保证了我的贷款。我老公收入，因为是1099，也有一些问题，但都顺利解决。
