Finally I filed notice of appeal to the Court of Appeal of Alberta because of the systemic racism that the pre-trial judge from the hearing didn't do his job as a conciliator , granted a judgement as a favor to the municipality office of Standard, even his judgement is invalid, which the defendant still took advantage of the legal justice system illegally seize my hotel land; furthermore, the defendant took advantage again of the legal justice system to dismiss my statement of claim. Tomorrow I will file a case to sue the Alberta Ombudsman since they didn't respect their duty, otherwise the municipality can't go that far from endless discrimination treatments led to legal harassment severy import my personal, my family and my business mentally, physically, and financially... Thank all of your support and I appreciated. I was at Emergency Peter Lougheed Hospital because my high blood pressure and heart fluster, which I still working with my statement to AHRC since I almost reach my deadline again although AHRC provide lots of extra time since my poor health condition caused by the series negative treatments & legal harassments by the village office of Standard. The doctor suggest me should stop to write my statement and to take care my health first. I told her because this is great opportunity to me since Alberta Ombudsman used a wrong evidence to permanently closed my case, and both judges didn't respect the fact granted favors to the defendant, which I have to through long process to make appeal to possibly get justice done.
