Finally I filed notice of appeal to the Court of Appeal of Alberta because of the systemic racism that the pre-trial judge from the hearing didn't do his job as a conciliator , granted a judgement as a favor to the municipality office of Standard, even his judgement is invalid, which the defendant still took advantage of the legal justice system illegally seize my hotel land; furthermore, the defendant took advantage again of the legal justice system to dismiss my statement of claim. Tomorrow I will file a case to sue the Alberta Ombudsman since they didn't respect their duty, otherwise the municipality can't go that far from endless discrimination treatments led to legal harassment severy import my personal, my family and my business mentally, physically, and financially... Once more, those people who totally insult, abusive, no respect, harrassing on me, which they just totally forgotten where they came from. They discriminated on me, in the same they also discriminated themselves as well and they even not realize.
What is the measurement, and what could be done to stop their harassing? I am already almost has no business sales since the previous mayor Alan Larsen started to calling people do nut come to my business, then I start to protect myself and my business, rumors started ...
I am struggling for myself, my family and my business survive spiritually, mentally and financially by daily basis since 2014, I have to inject my personal savings to keep the hotel even have to put in my monthly retirement payment...
I am stuck here don't know what to do since I just remove the illegal auction my hotel, now have to go to federal superior court to break the illegal of seize of my hotel land...
