这个核心的技术就是大飞机整体发展包括设计和制造还有系统集成。这有多重要难度有多大可以从印度飞机的发展看出。印度可以买到所有组件包括那些中国买不到的，可以借鉴世界上所有飞机包括那些中国看不到的，可能有比中国更多受过先进教育的技术人员；但是印度的小飞机花了几十年的时间前不久才基本成功。日本是另外一个例子而且日本的条件比印度好的多。
