西洋菜
我家就在公园旁.去年公婆在散步时看到了一处西洋菜地.从此这菜就成了我家的保留菜.做西洋菜很方便，开水烫一下加点调料就可开吃。这菜怕热。春秋时节蔬菜青黄不接时它很旺盛。虽然我家附近的西洋菜已经开花了，但口感还是很嫩。

看到“凡人一个”介绍的厨房的抽油烟机挡板，想起家里有一个相同工能的挡板，我将我的DIY挡板照相出来showoff.请原谅我的表现欲。
我的抽油烟机挡板已用了多年，一直没换过。主要是懒。请忽略那些影响美观点，注重于它的工能。

老公爱钓鱼。家里常有鱼吃。老婆缺钙。想利用鱼骨补。请大家支招。谢谢大家。

我是这么做的.把鱼的两边肉剔出.只剩下鱼骨和一点肉.用油煎几分钟.加开水及醋煮一个小时.吃前转用高压锅压一下.使骨头易打碎.再用打碎机把渣子打碎.把渣子到掉(只剩很少一点渣子). 喝汤.这个方法挺不错.很补钙.我用这方法一年,我的年检骨密度有所提高.
