妈妈今天做的糯米烧卖

主料：糯米500克、猪肉(瘦)150克、小麦面粉400克.
调料：白砂糖1勺、猪油1勺（炼制）、鸡精一点、酱油1勺、黄酒1勺、大葱、姜各适量
做法：
1、将糯米淘洗干净，用冷水浸泡5-6小时；
2、糯米沥去水分，上笼用旺火蒸熟；
3、猪肉切成小丁；葱姜切末
