我们家吃饭问题很令我这个笨妈头大。孩子他爸只吃素。Lucy不吃素，除了最爱的。。。。。

标准做法：
原料：
2瓣大蒜头
2大杯新鲜basil叶,
55g松子仁
55gparmesancheese现磨碎
150ml橄榄油
blender打碎上述原料，加盐调味。
多余的可以放在冰箱里盖好保存3天。
一般我会加等量菠菜叶blender打碎混合。
