大红豆豆，皮蛋瘦肉粥的做法

材料:猪展肉,皮蛋,米（sunrice，notsunlong）
猪展肉，用盐腌一个晚上。下锅前冲洗几下。
米，洗干净，加油和盐搅匀，放15分钟。
水煮开后，放肉和米，这时的火候很重要。要大火煮30分钟，看到米发了，收小火，加皮蛋。慢火熬粥至绵。
