根据我们最新的了解，DOL对于45-60天PERM的审理时间有所修正。45-60天的审理时间是对于没有任何问题的PERM申请。如果DOL认为PERM的申请是有问题的，审理时间则会超过60天。
DOL同时承认早先申请的PERM有很多都还在processingcenter，主要原因是其系统上的问题，DOL正在试图逐一解决。反而后来申请的PERM其审理时间都大为提前。
