在PERM开始施行之后，因为DOL系统的不稳定，有很大一批人的PERM被Denied或是拖在那边，等了好几个月都没有下文，公司和律师跟DOL联络也没有任何回答。现在从我们自己的案件看到，这个现象可能会有一点改变。我们这个星期有二个6月份申请的PERM下来。这两个案子当时一申请时被Denied，因为是DOL自己系统的问题，所以不久DOL又自己把这两个案子变成“inprocess”。后来一个有Audi[阅读全文]
