请问用Zillow来create lease 靠谱吗,哪能找到lease template for Illinois

Zillow里有lease builder帮你create lease, 我刚试了一下，一步一步的还挺好用。就是不知道靠谱吗。有哪位用过。我弄完后发现它里面没有specifically提early termination fee. 就只有一个附件提到下面的。有下面这个是不是就够了。如果不行，能在哪里找到Illinois 的lease template.
