近来忙于招聘新人,很多人在几分钟的电话交谈后就被我从候选人的名单中划掉了.主要原因有:
1.在谈话中抢话.我问题还没说完,他/她已经开始回答了.也不管自己是否听懂了问题.
2.在简历上过分夸大自己的经验和技术.实当夸大我不反对,但是必须准备好,有能力回答你所夸大的实力.
