保罗开始带着锁链给主作见证 — 使徒行传读经随笔 第22章

使徒行传第二十二章，在耶路撒冷犹太人拿住了保罗，随后被闻风而到的千夫长命人给他带上了锁链。保罗请求千夫长准他对百姓说话。千夫长准许了。保罗就首先对百姓讲述了他的身世，说他自己原来是如何按律法热心事奉神，甚至到处迫害主的门徒；然后保罗讲述了他在去往大马色城抓捕门徒的时候是如何碰到了主耶稣，主耶稣如何吩咐他进大马色，在大马色又如何会有人告诉他该做什么。保罗继续对百姓说他后来从大马色回到了耶路撒冷，但是主告诉他赶紧跑的远远的去外邦传道，不要待在耶路撒冷，因为这里的人不会领受他给主做的见证。百姓听到这里，就喊说：“这样的人，从世上除掉他吧，他是不当活着的”，众人欲除掉保罗而后快。可见，多年过去了，虽然保罗在外邦传教硕果累累，但时至今日他被囚，耶路撒冷的人仍然不领受他为主所做的见证。

徒22:17 后来我回到耶路撒冷、在殿里祷告的时候、魂游象外、
"It happened that, when I had returned to Jerusalem, and while I prayed in the temple, I fell into a trance,
徒22:18 看见主向我说、你赶紧的离开耶路撒冷、不可迟延、因你为我作的见证、这里的人、必不领受。
and saw him saying to me, 'Hurry and get out of Jerusalem quickly, because they will not receive testimony concerning me from you.'
徒22:19 我就说、主阿、他们知道我从前把信你的人、收在监里、又在各会堂里鞭打他们．
I said, 'Lord, they themselves know that I imprisoned and beat in every synagogue those who believed in you.
徒22:20 并且你的见证人司提反、被害流血的时候、我也站在旁边欢喜．又看守害死他之人的衣裳。
When the blood of Stephen, your witness, was shed, I also was standing by, and consenting to his death, and guarding the cloaks of those who killed him.'
徒22:21 主向我说、你去吧．我要差你远远的往外邦人那里去。
"He said to me, 'Depart, for I will send you out far from here to the Gentiles.'"
徒22:22 众人听他说到这句话、就高声说、这样的人、从世上除掉他吧．他是不当活着的。
They listened to him until he said that; then they lifted up their voice, and said, "Rid the earth of this fellow, for he isn't fit to live!"
