Be prepared to die at any moment in the future to make current life smooth

I am looking for suitable foster/adoption family for my son and my daughter in case of the worst. I will not abandon them until my last moment approaches.

Long term unemployment did not shock me; unexpected big surgery did not shock me; no health insurance did not shock me; intussusception in diagnosis turned to be a tumor in surgery did not shock me; Tumor was verified to be "Lymphoma Cancer" did not shock me either. 

We all know that death is not avoidable for everyone. No one can put a hand on his or her birth, however, if one can have control/preparation on his or her own death, it is not a bad thing. When my wife learned that lymphoma cancer was confirmed via pathology report, she got spiritually collapsed even though the doctor told us that the cancer was among the mildest and was curable via Chemo-Therapy! She has only a trace of instinct left in emotion, but her IQ was reset to zero! She proposed many ideas, among which only one makes sense: sending the kids to foster/adoption family in the worst situation as the last step. I was reminded of being prepared for the worst situation (You Bei Wu Huan) by a phone call between my wife and her mother in China: when she told her mother my situation, her mom told her that she has deducted before from her Chinese Fortune Telling approach that the parents of our kids would die before the kids adult age (Fu Mu Zao Wang). I do not believe this kind of telling, ever, never. I may change my opinion on Fortune Telling only if it can repeatedly predict the same result by various professionals using the same method and/or approach based on the same set of information provided. I did not understand instantly the term "Fu Mu Zao Wang." Later, I realized that our kids' parents are nobody else, but me and my wife. I was really shocked by such a precise predictive statement even if it is nothing, but just an incidence. When my wife proposed sending the kids out, I agreed with her. Because she has collapsed completely, she nearly lost her capability to handle any matter. I am afraid that she will die before me even though she is not carry the cancer and she was not subjected to surgery and partial intestine removal like me. Her situation seems to realize the predictive statement! The predictive statement is not the cause! The cause is her incapability to handle any everyday life matter even though she has all the wisdom and has known all the principals out of her mouth before ("Zhi Shang Tan Bing").

Sending the kid out might be the best, and last option for me and my wife from the point of our kids, even if they have no sense at this moment. I have two kids. A boy was born in 2006 October, with genetically not completely straight lower legs (compared to those with legs as straight as a carrot), distorted teeth, which can be corrected via orthodontics. His baby teeth had costed me a few thousand dollars since his one year age. A girl, was born in 2010 September, with very good health. She did not see any doctor in the past years except scheduled health and wellness examination. Her teeth are very good, so far no problem at all. Both of them are a little skinny in normal range: height percentage is high, and weight percentage is low. They are both bilingual kids: mandarin Chinese (with accent from parents) and English. 

A foster family should feature the following characteristics for positive consideration:

1.     Stable financial condition, not necessarily very rich. Two incomes from professional position should be good enough. 
2.     Family with parents at ages between 35~55, and with kid(s), a boy and/or a girl. A couple without any kid do not have experience in handling kids.
3.     Family not really take religion seriously: atheist is preferred.
4.     Controlled sugar and oil/fat supply. I suffered a lot from digestion of greasy food in Childhood, so, I do not like any greasy food, especially from animal (pizza, for example). We eat meat: only the muscle and the tendon. Kids do not like any fat either, even if it is inside the meat muscle.
5.     Able to handle both the boy and the girl is preferred. If only one kid can be handled, two families should agree to keep contact such that the boy and the girl continue their family bondage till their adult age.
6.     No pet family is preferred.
7.     No smoking, no drug, no alcohol and no any other similar substances.
8.     No LGBT, only normal family.
9.     No gambling.
10. Vegetarian or non-vegetarian does not matter, as long as sufficient nutrition.
11. White family or Chinese family with love for Chinese culture is preferred.
