【今日房贷利率】CA, FL, GA, IL, MD, TX, VA, WA - 2021年3月5日星期五

SUMMARY:今天(3月5日星期五)美联邦劳工部发布的2月份就业报告好于预期,但房贷二级市场的利率价格和昨天相比反而变好。目前加州重新贷款51万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率为3.000%,15年固定为2.25%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为2.875%,15年为2.125% with 0 point, plus closing cost。
