The actress and designer, 35, stunned in the ladylike tea-dress adorned with unicorns and lions as she arrived at the Annoushka: Milestones private viewing.
Featuring halfway sleeves with a flattering neckline, the feminine design was perfect for the mother-of-one's slight figure.
Donna, who has been dating the Duchess of Cambridge's brother James for two years, capped off her look with open-toe green heels and a grey designer bag.

Wearing her hair down in a casual centre-parting, she also sported some nude make-up for a classy, understated aesthetic.
