How to cook Mahi mahi

Sauce Ingredients:

1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
2 cloves, minced
1/2 tsp shredded orange peel
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp cornstarch in 2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp soy sauce

1 skinless mahimahi fillet, defrost and marilate with salt, lemon pepper, and honey for half hour. Dust both sides of the marinated fish fillet with cornstarch and fry each side for  4 mins with cooking oil. Preheat the oven (small one) at 375 F, and bake the fish for 8 mins.

At the mean time steam the vegetables and prepare the sauce.
