集科学祷告一身的自编睡前儿歌

我儿子小的时候，我自己用《雪绒花》为背景音乐，编了下面的摇篮曲，你可以唱，也可以跟孩子讲述；里面有科学的道理，也是做父母的期盼和祷告。

You can tell your kid that s/he needs to go to bed early to get a good night sleep, which is critical for him/her to grow healthy, and be happy.
