A love story

I often think about this love story you told me before. An old lady lived with dementia for years and an old man took care of her. Every day the gentleman would read her a book, which was a love story of two people. By evening, after hours of reading, the lady would realize that the book was about herself and her husband. She would recognize that the gentleman was her loving husband. Then they would hug and kiss each other. However, she would forget everything the next morning. The husband kept reading to her every day, and they would fall in love with each other every day. You had asked about this question: What will happen if one of us lose memory?
