Today

I had my first swimming lesson yesterday in my whole life!  It is hard, especially the back floating - however, I determined to learn - a lots of work ahead.   It is a hot day in Boston, but my office is cool, make me think of people who have to work outdoors or in places without air conditioning - I should feel luck and thankful. Still come to web too much, limit myself web surfing during the work hour is the Number ONE goal for me in the coming year, Lose weight (via Diet and Exercise) is the second, and learn how to Swim is the Number Three goal.  If I can archive these 3 goals by the end of this year, I would be having the best year ever since my little boy was born!
