Yesterday worked whole day...win-win situation, make money and kill time..also finished selling offer :)
26 is the day to close deal, hope everything is fine..4 years and 8 months make 12%, not too bad, but agent fee is too much..
Tomorrow they will come back, my clean and peace house will be disappear..instead i can see my boy, missing to kiss him...mom love you, baby
Next, thinking investment money somewhere....wish myself good luck...oh, my dream house...
