【今日房贷利率】7月5日(星期二)- 利率开始回落了!

短评:今天(7月5日星期二)10年国库券的回报率大幅回落0.06%至3.13%,直接导致一些loan program的利率回落下调!重新贷款41万7以下30年固定在上星期连续上涨之后今天开始回落至4.625%,15年固定仍为3.875%,5/1 ARM回落至3.125%!购房贷款41万7以下30年固定利率仍为4.5%,15年固定仍为3.75%,5/1 ARM小幅回落至2.75%。
