Birthmark

My baby has a peanut size of hemangioma on her face after she was born , Just wondering if she were born on the due date, maybe there is no hemangioma on her face. she was born three weeks early due to my high blood pressure. Will the time make any difference? We decided to do the laser for hemangioma, do not know if there will be a scar on her face. Worried..
