牡丹啊牡丹,端午快乐

 

6寸直径,渐变色彩,波浪花瓣,芬芳气味. 捧在手里,没合适的词句来形容. 

难怪当年,那个男高音唱 "牡丹啊牡丹" ,一唱 十几年. 弄的我们一听这花名就想吐. 后来自己养了才渐渐有了免疫力.

和牡丹比起来,勺药听起来像丫环.怎么看这些花都是皇后的.最差了也是小姐.我就叫她们牡丹.

种了五,六种.已经开了的下面五种.

不同的品种花期不一样,几个星期来她们哪儿哪儿都是.

葱烧海参,  三杯土豆,  菠菜粉条,  豆沙粽子, 西红柿豆腐蛋花汤.

豆沙小粽加沙糖. 好像北方人习惯吃甜粽子.肉的咸的,我们就吃包子了.

I bought all my peony at Costco and home depot, bare root at the beginning season (like now). Because these places only carry plants specific to your growing zone. It takes several years to reach its full size and will keep growing..... Couldn't wait the blossom, not too long, one more month : )
