老公是主申请人，PDApril2007,I-140approved,I485pending.HereceivedasoftLUDonMay12(Texaxcenter).Iamthedependent,getahardLUDonMay27,2009,tellingmemycase转到toNationalBenefitCenter.Whatdoesitmean?进了集中营了？为设么我的case要转到另一个centertoprocess，而不是两口子在一起审批?
