各位老师，请帮帮忙！
我是加拿大公民，这些年一直在美国工作(H1)，现在是I-485pending(E2)status
(submittedinJuly2007)，今年被laidoff了。我女儿(现在美国上高中，H4已
自动失效)今年9月该上大学，但她现在和我一起在I-485pending，她可以申请转成
F1吗？如果可以会影响她的I-485pending吗？如果她必须用AOS，一但她的I-485被
拒，有什么办法能让她继续在美国读完大学？
