谁应该给我 Good Faith Estimate? realtor or broker?

我问broker要，他说我的agent应该给我。我的agent倒是给了一个，但我记得在什么地方看到过说broker 应该提供。另外，用local broker好还是直接跟bank borrow?

should come from lender,even though some states broker might be required to provide that. You should ask bank for it.
