　　Sophia不能不说是Proper-Sheppard一个人的乐队。Proper-Sheppard是The God Machine乐队的前主创，核心人物。自从The God Machine乐队的贝司手死后，Proper-Sheppard就组建了Sophia。准确的说Sophia是由Proper-Sheppard和 the Sophia collective组成的。Proper-Sheppard自己在95年组建了The Flower Shop厂牌，the Sophia collective里就有不少这个厂牌里的歌手艺人。当你在myspace上看到the Sophia collective的阵容时，你就会知道Sophia这个乐队是多么的庞大了。Sophia的所有专辑都是在Proper-Sheppard自己的 The Flower Shop厂牌下发行的。从音乐形式上来看，你不得不承认Proper-Sheppard和他的Sophia真的是太有才华了，听他们的音乐真的是一种享受，一支感性无比却又充满悲情的乐队。
