I still wonder why the IRS let our 2009 contribution for the HSA account $5950 there to be deducted from the gross income just added the amount we used back.
What will be your suggestion for us to use to claim that we have the high deductible health insurance plan? The copy of our health insurance policy or copy of our health insurance card?
