很郁闷！好几次这样子。 我辛辛苦苦工作一个多星期，打了无数次电话和开来无数次电话会议，终于把一个很重要的项目做完了。老板说要review，然后的按他的意见改动一下，最后是更高层圆桌会议讨论然他们决定。可是会议上他都一个人说，根本都没然我发言的意思，让我很郁闷。Did he take my credit? Because I was expecting to present myself since I did most of the work and I know every details.
From my observation, he likes talking and especially like the spotlight in front of the upper management. But I like to be noticed too. Other coworker has the chance to present himself on meetings like this if he did all the work. My husband told me to ask him directly why he do that since it bothers me, should I do so?
Background, my boss is white mid fourties-I guessed, just get promoted but did not to the level he wanted to be. He is kind of micro manager.
Should I just accept and should I confront him?
