USCIS 新出来的 memo for EB1 and NIW Requirements:

"Petition for an Alien of Exceptional Ability", which is mostly for EB2 NIW: Evidence in the form of letter(s) from current or former employer(s) showing that the alien has at least ten (10) years of full-time experience in the occupation for which he or she is being sought;

For EB1A, the major requirements in Part Two: Final Merits Determination:

(i) A level of expertise indicating that the individual is “one of that small percentage who have risen to the very top of the field of endeavor.” and

(ii) Sustained national or international acclaim and that his or her
achievements have been recognized in the field of expertise.

For EB1B, the major requirements in Part Two: Final Merits Determination: whether or not the petitioner has demonstrated that the alien is recognized internationally as outstanding in a specific academic area.
