青檸凍喝
上兩星期有三日很熱90F's,所以就做了這個凍喝,很容易,衹用青檸渣汁,沙糖, 水滾煮容糖,待涼.加青檸汁,甜酸味自己教就好了,不要教太淡,因最后要加冰.

雪耳木瓜糖水
看見這個木瓜咁靚,不買不行,回到家襯新鮮就把它煮了.(木瓜要買夏威夷的才好吃,記得上年去夏威夷吃木爪一元三 四個,在這里買要三元一個).
木瓜切開邊,去籽,雪耳用水浸泡,洗干淨,在一個煲里放水,雪耳,冰糖(甜度自己教)大火等它滾,然后轉小火煮大約45分鐘, 然後加切粒的木瓜在糖水里,加幾粒幾子,再煮10分鐘就可以吃.吃剩可以把它放在雪柜.

清蒸石班魚
老公很喜歡吃這條魚,可惜不是時常有得賣,所以一有我就會買比他吃,這條魚比較大,我蒸了10分鍾,蒸得熟了些,應該9分鐘就剛剛好,蒸好之後馬上放芫茜, 蔥,滾油,生抽,就可以吃了.

宮保蝦球
醃料: 鹽 ,蛋白,豆粉,胡椒粉適量
材料:、蝦,辣豆板醬, 蒜頭, 甜椒, 西芹.辣椒干.炸花生
做法: 蝦仁洗淨滴乾水份,加鹽 ,蛋白,豆粉,胡椒粉適量醃半小時. 把鑊燒熱,落油,蒜頭,辣豆板醬炒香,放入蝦,和其它材料,最后加花生,快手炒兩下,上碟即成。

材料:豬肉碎,東菇粒,蝦肉粒,椰菜葉
醃料:生抽,鹽,豆粉,麻油,胡椒粉少許
汁料: 雞湯,豆粉
製法: 豬肉碎,東菇粒,蝦肉粒和醃料攪好備用, 椰菜葉放在滾水燙過,馬上放在冰水里(這樣椰菜葉就不會轉色),把菜葉抹干, 鋪開再將已攪好的豬肉放在葉上,包好,(好似包春卷一樣)然后放在鑊里蒸,大約8到10分鐘.在別外一個煲里, 用雞湯和豆粉煮成汁,把汁淋上蒸好的椰菜卷上.

焗土豆
去街遲了回家,就去買了一塊牛扒和薯仔回家做晚餐,但係焗薯仔要成一個多小時,怎么辨?給我想了個辨法,就係先把薯仔用水煮熟,然后用錫紙包住焗400F,15分鐘就ok.拿出來之后把它切開一半加sour cream和chives就可以了,那塊牛扒有一磅,吃的時侯我切了三分之一給自己.這樣個晚餐易做又好吃.

夏天table setting
買這套餐具的時候覺得它很unique,因為它不是平的,每件碗,碟都有高矮,而只杯碟的圈不是在中間,而是在一旁的,覺得cute就買了. Not bad uh.
