For a while it looked like no one would be buying the late Aaron Spelling\'s massive mansion and 5 acre estate, which was ranked as America\'s most expensive home when it went on the market in 2009
after his death. But it looks like we have a winner folks...Petra Ecclestone.



The smoking hot 22-year-old Formula One heiress is near the final stages of purchasing the home that Tori Spelling grew up in, but sources say the $148 million mansion wasn\'t her first choice.


It\'s dated, one source told Entertainment Tonight. But that is nothing the heiress of a $4 billion fortune can\'t fix.


Petra is the daughter of billionaire Formula One racing mogul Bernie Ecclestone and is engaged to businessman James Stunt. She started her own menswear label at the ripe age of 19 and is now working with Croatian clothing house Siscia.


The home, which is called The Manor , will be a part time residence for the couple who plan to split their time between LA and London.


The Manor is complete with parking for 100 cars - which is probably not much for this family - a movie theater, a beauty salon and a bowling alley. Oh, and there\'s a gift wrapping room, because, you know, rich people need things like that.


But Petra doesn\'t want the world to think she is one of those spoiled rich girls who gets what she wants. It’s about time people stop thinking I’m a spoilt brat who shops all the time, she told a friend. Don\'t worry, Petra, we have one of those already. She\'s called Paris Hilton.
