We have a house in PA, and we rent it out, the lease will expire on next year. We want to move back asap, but the tenant doesn\'t move out.Does landlord has the right to give 30 days notice to let tenant go?
Another choice is we will buy a townhouse to temp to live to wait tenant move out then we move in our house and rent out the townhouse. I am searching the TH, one is asking $137000, but tax, Home associate fee and insurance is $3700/year, that is much expensive. The TH can rent around $1000-$1200/month, does it worth to buy this TH, how much I will give offer? please help me to decide. Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11
