剧情介绍：
1944年，入侵南斯拉夫的德国法西斯陷入游击队的重重包围之中，只有多瑙河以南的公路还在他们的控制之下，如果这条通道被切断，整个“A军团”二十个师就会遭到被全军围歼的命运。柏林命令“A军团”火速撤退，可是庞大的装甲部队燃料只能维持到维谢格拉特，现在只有从萨拉热窝的燃料基地把油运到维谢格拉特。为此，德军拟定了一个秘密的“劳费尔行动”计划。
萨拉热窝拉于南斯拉夫中部，是一座英雄城市。人民抵抗运动沉重打击了法西斯强盗。领导这个运动的是久经考验、机智老练的游击队长瓦尔特。他的名字使敌人胆颤心惊。为逮捕瓦尔特，阴险的比肖夫上尉花了一年的时间，审讯了一百多名“犯人”，仍一无所获。柏林特地派党卫军上校冯?迪特里施来执行扫除“劳费尔行动”障碍的工作。
盖世太保加紧监视与抵抗力量有来往的人。党卫军上尉康德尔奉命混进抵抗运动内部来假扮瓦尔特，并有游击队叛徒内德做接应，游击队员不断的被叛徒出卖而被捕或者被枪杀，于是真正的瓦尔特决定查出叛徒并破坏德军的“劳费尔行动”。整个城市似乎都在通过保护瓦尔特而保卫自己的城市萨拉热窝。

剧情：

【内容简介】
一九三九年五月十三日，九百多名犹太人经受了侮辱性的检查，陆续登上了由德国汉堡驶往哈瓦那的客轮“圣路易号”。在船员席恩迪克的眼里，这些犹太人是那么可憎，原来这个年青人是个纳粹分子。他刚刚接受了秘密使命，随船到古巴去接受德国间谍霍夫曼的重要情报。
船徐徐地离开了码头。乘客们怀着复杂的心情望着逐渐远去的祖国。恶梦似的岁月过去了吗？等待着人们的又是怎么样的命运呢？刚从集中营里释放出来的犹太教师马纳斯，简直不敢相信真的离开了地狱般的德国。长期遭受迫害的犹太律师罗森先生则愤怒诅咒纳粹分子是杀人犯！刽子手！德国著名的犹太医生克莱斯勒教授却比较冷静，他坚信这是暂时的，他对妻子丹尼斯说：“我们会回来的。”
漫长的航程开始了。餐厅的桌子上摆着食品，乐队演奏着音乐，有的人跳起了伦巴……，人们想暂时摆脱一下对过去的惊恐和对未来的忧虑。年青人则迷恋于短暂的爱情中。但是，当他们看电影的时候，又看到了希特勒的狰狞嘴脸，又听到了这个纳粹头子的嚎叫，人们象躲避瘟疫一样纷纷离座而去。克莱斯勒教授愤然来到船长施罗德的客舱，就加映有关希特勒的新闻片一事向船长提出了抗议。尽管这事是纳粹分子席恩迪克搞的，但船长还是接受了抗议，保证以后不再发生。他表示尊重犹太人的宗教习惯，吩咐将船上的文娱室改为犹太教做礼拜的地方。
罗森的妻子莉莲和女儿安娜，一直在为罗森的健康担心。由于纳粹的长期迫害，给罗森的精神上留下了严重的创伤。现在，他虽然已经离开了德国，但仍然处于病态的孤僻和内心紧张之中。纳粹德国的阴影象铅块一样沉重地压在罗森的心上。
与此同时，在圣路易号轮航行的目的地——古巴，正为客轮的到来活动频繁。古巴123内部由于权力之争形成了两派，以布鲁总统为首的一派不同意让船上的乘客上岸，而移民局长贝尼特兹却乘机敲榨勒索。为这一船犹太人的命运奔走的“欧洲犹太人事务所”所长特鲁珀正由于上述原因，始终不得要领，劳而无功。
圣路易号靠岸了，由于古巴官方的禁令，乘客一律不能上岸。罗森在精神上彻底崩溃，他歇斯底里地用刀子弄伤了自己，然后跳入海中，幸被古巴的巡逻艇救走。德国间谍霍夫曼上船向船长讲出了冷酷的事实：在纳粹德国看来，这九百多名犹太人只不过是“人渣”，是搞政治宣传的工具。他们不能上岸和德国无关，德国123本来就没有打算让这些人上岸。
几经交涉毫无结果，施罗德船长只得指挥轮船离开古巴，寻找允许乘客上岸的其他国家的港口。特鲁珀也去欧洲各国的首都游说，想为九百多名犹太人寻找生存的机会。但是，各国的反映都很冷淡。这样圣路易号就只能返回汉堡港，别无其它选择。这将意味着等待着这批乘客的是集中营和死亡。为了避免进集中营，罗森的女儿、美丽纯洁的犹太姑娘安娜同她的男友冈特，用一杯毒酒结束了年青的生命。尝过集中营滋味的马纳斯、波兹纳和一些乘客则企图夺取这条船来阻止返回汉堡的航行。为人正直，同情犹太人命运的船长施罗德决定在靠近英国海岸的地方制造触礁事故，使一船犹太人作为海上遇难者得到英国的拯救。就在这个时刻，特鲁珀发来了电报：交涉成功，英、法、比利时和荷兰同意接受这些乘客。
全船的人都松了一口气，可是这些犹太人是否脱离了苦海呢？两个月后，第二次世界大战爆发了，德国纳粹的铁蹄践踏了欧洲。在荷兰的波兹纳和在法国的马纳斯又被德国秘密警察逮捕，双双死在奥斯威辛集中营。克莱斯勒教授夫妇也被关进了集中营，由于侥幸才保住了生命。罗森夫人总算幸存下来，在英国和丈夫团聚。但幸存者只是少数。这九百多名的乘客有六百多人在集中营里悲惨地结束了自己的一生。
【关于配音】
原DVD英语5.1声道的效果很不错，而特别合成的上译国配，对于中国观众更好地欣赏影片起到了不可估量的作用。现已退休的丁建华老师在其中为女主角丹尼斯配音，她用声音塑造的形象与唐纳薇本身蕴涵的气质极其吻合，可以说这个角色是丁老师早年所配角色的佳作之一。丹尼斯的丈夫艾根由著名电影演员达式常老师配音，他在银幕上扮演的角色多半是风流倜傥的英俊小生，还有就是文质彬彬的知识分子，因此本片中他的配音风格也不例外。苏秀和富润生老师配罗森夫妇，张同凝和于鼎老师配维勒夫妇，老配音演员表现出来的艺术功力就是不一样。于鼎配音的维勒教授最后因心肌梗塞而死，船舱里一片肃穆、萧瑟，整体氛围感人至深。毕克配的施罗德船长也是片中极有份量的一个角色，姜还是老的辣，毕克老师的声线无论何时都是很压得住阵脚的，所配角色也大多是阅历丰富“老江湖”。配音大师邱岳峰先生为贪婪的移民局长配音，这又是一个坏到骨子里的“坏瘪三”。马尔科姆·麦克道尔想必大家再熟悉不过了，就是《发条橙》、《暴帝卡里古拉》让他为广大DVD爱好者所了解，他扮演的管事甘特由杨成纯老师配音，杨老师独特的嗓音条件，再配上麦克道尔让人过目难忘的表情，简直可以说是天衣无缝了。对于本片的配音我觉得略有不足，那就是由于本片角色众多，演员有兼戏的现象，这容易给观众辨别人物带来一定影响，除此之外整体水平是非常高的，推荐朋友们购碟欣赏！{

一九四三年，战争乌云笼罩太平洋，日军占领下的缅甸边境，有一个盟军战俘营。日军出于战略需要，在缅甸与泰国交界的桂河上为泰、缅铁路建造大桥，战俘营营长斋藤大佐下令全体战俘参加建桥工程，可是英军战俘代表尼科森上校认为这违反日内瓦公约拒不执行。双方对峙，后来双方又为战俘的待遇问题发生纠纷，尼科森被关入禁闭室。已参加建桥的战俘们开始怠工，加上日方设计上的不足，整个工程陷于停顿。斋藤迫于无奈，只得让步，尼柯尔逊等人获释。这时美军战俘希尔兹少校成功地逃出战俘营，来到边境农村中的英军突击部队，希尔兹从队长沃顿少校那儿接受了炸毁桂河大桥的任务，两人由几个泰国人带领，潜入大桥工地附近。尼科森在获释后想：在破坏一切的战争中何不做点事情。于是率领战俘日日夜夜地乾，架桥工程顺利进行着，三个月后，大桥建成了。希尔兹巧妙地把炸药安放在桥墩上。在通车那天，尼科森将桥的上下作最后检查，突然发现埋设在沙床里的引爆电线，他跟希尔兹发生了一场争斗。守卫的日军慌忙之中开火打中了炸药，几声巨响后，桂河大桥被炸毁，飞速驶来的火车也坠入河里，尼科森等人壮烈牺牲。{

二战期间的法国。德军的一座战俘营里。傲慢的德军为了打击同盟国的士气。竟不可思议地与被关押的同盟军战俘定了一场足球赛。比赛将在兵精马壮的德国国家队与赢弱不堪的战俘队之间进行，孰胜孰败，似乎一目了然……

◆幕后制作：
本片最初的设计是一个严肃的剧情片，主要根据盟军俘虏接受德军挑战一场足球赛的真实故事改编。德军提出条件，如果德军获胜，俘虏们将被在瑞士释放；如果俘虏获胜，将被全部枪决。俘虏们决定全力争胜，结果赢得了比赛，他们在赛后没有如片中的队员得以逃脱，而是全部遇害。
另外，这部片子的灵感来源于在基辅的一系列真实球赛：在德军占领期间，乌克兰的顶级球队基辅迪纳摩对的多数球员到一家面包房工作，他们和面包房的其他员工组织了一只球队，来抵抗由傀儡123和德军组织的球队。在他们击败了德军空军基地的球队之后，该球队被勒令解散，一些队员被盖世太保逮捕，四人被枪决。
据传闻，希尔维斯特·史泰龙坚持要自己所扮演的角色（守门员）在影片中攻入致胜一球，似乎他就是影片中最大牌的明星。其他非美国的演员最终劝服他，守门员攻入致胜一球过于荒谬，编剧也特意设计由他罚入一粒点球作为安抚。{

剧情：
1941年12月8日，美国被举世皆惊的珍珠港事件激怒（具体情节参见影片《虎！虎！虎！》和《珍珠港》），暴跳如雷地正式向日本宣战。接下来的四年里，美国大兵哥们告别了在军事基地喝酒、打架、泡女护士的悠闲生活，纷纷奔赴广大的太平洋战场上同日军展开了殊死搏斗，一个个收复被日军占领的岛屿，一批批打跑顽抗的日军，愤怒的矛头直指日本四岛。
美日对抗一开始，日军总能用各种方法破译美军的密电码，这令美军在战场上吃尽了苦头。为了改变这种局面，1942年，几百名纳瓦霍族人被征召入伍，因为他们的语言没有外族人能够听懂，所以美军将他们训练成了专门的译电员，人称“风语者”。作为美国海军的秘密武器，每个“风语者”都肩负着美军的至高机密，因此，他们也受到了特别的“照顾”--每个纳瓦霍译电员都由一名海军士兵贴身保护，一方面确保其人身安全，另一方面，如果译电员即将被日军俘获，保护者必须杀死他以保证密码不外泄。
海军陆战队员乔·安德斯（尼古拉斯·凯奇饰）就是一名译电员保镖，他奉命保护一个名叫卡尔·亚兹（亚当·比奇饰；另有资料说这个角色的名字叫本·亚兹，笔者也无从判断那个正确，请以影片为准）的纳瓦霍士兵。在残酷的塞班岛战役中，被俘的命运就在眼前，执掌他人生杀大权的乔陷入了道德与军命两难的抉择：他到底能不能、该不该在紧急关头杀死已经和自己亲如兄弟的本，以履行军人的职责、保护美军的军事秘密呢……
幕后：
了解一些二战历史的人都会知道，本片故事中所涉及的关于纳瓦霍人的事情的确是史实，作为美国最大的一支印第安部落，纳瓦霍族对于美军在太平洋战场上的胜利立下了不可磨灭的功勋。为此，美国总统小布什还在去年7月26日为四位尚健在的纳瓦霍军事密电码发明者颁发了代表最高荣誉的“国会金勋章”，制作本片的米高梅公司也趁机在白宫开了一个招待会，与会者除了总统布什、受奖者及其家属、参议员等之外，还有导演吴宇森、主演尼古拉斯·凯奇等等。
也许正是因为这样的政治和历史背景，无论是《风语者》的制片方面还是公众舆论方面对于本片的期望值都很高，用吴宇森自己的话来说，“这部影片并不是另一部《拯救大兵瑞恩》，虽然它也有很骇人的电影场景，但它更接近一部纪录片，我想通过这部影片传达一种信息，那就是我们应该停止战争。”
据说吴宇森第一次看到本片的剧本时，被感动得流下了热泪（真想象一向冷静淡定的吴大导捧着剧本痛哭是个啥样子），于是他对影片拍摄和制作的要求格外严格：几个主要演员在拍摄之前参加了好几个星期的新兵营集训；在一场大型战争场景的拍摄中，吴宇森动用了700多名群众演员、设置了280处爆炸、安排了13架摄影机同时拍摄，场面及其壮观；当然，本片的制作费用也因此节节攀升，最终达到了1亿多美元，仅次于吴导的《碟中谍2》。尽管如此，在全部镜头拍摄完毕之后，吴宇森仍然感到不满意，坚持要重拍一些重要镜头，于是原定于2001年6月的首映被推迟到了11月。不巧的是，等到吴大导对自己的作品充分满意了正准备端上桌的时候，受“9·11”余波的影响，影片再次被推迟，首映日定在了今年的6月14日--这一天正好是美国的“国旗日”，也许这个吉日会扫去影片推迟一年产生的阴影为它带来些好运吧。
最后再对本片中两位演员作一下补充说明。其实扮演“风语者”卡尔·亚兹的亚当·比奇并不是一个纳瓦霍人，他来自加拿大一个名为Saulteaux的印第安部落，参与过影片《烟雾信号》（Smoke Signals）和《斯宽托：一个勇士的故事》（Squanto: A Warrior\'s Tale）的拍摄，是一位很有表现力的印第安演员。而饰演另外一位纳瓦霍士兵的罗杰·威利则是个土生土长的纳瓦霍，他是剧组在几千名应征角色的纳瓦霍群众演员中挑选出来的，这是他第一次演戏，剧组上下对他的表演都很满意。
评论：
在去年6月影片后期制作尚未完成的时候，米高梅公司曾搞过一次样片的试映，仅限内部人士参考、评论。结果看完了样片，马上就有影评人把吴宇森的这部新作劈头盖脸地数落了一顿，说他完全就是把《野战排》和《拯救大兵瑞恩》等经典战争片七拼八凑攒出来的一部B级影片；吴氏“暴力美学”的招牌风格完全被一次次无聊又粗制滥造的爆炸场面所取代，令那些抱着对他很高期待的人大失所望。
由于这种负面声音传出来时影片还未制作完毕，吴氏还有很大的改过余地，因此在不久后《纽约时报》的奥斯卡提名预测中，影评人还是把《风语者》划入了夺标热门的行列中。只可惜，上映日期的推后让人们无缘验证预测的正确与否了。
好在今年4月份的看片会上，又有影评人给予了本片正面评价，说它并非追随众多战争题材影片的跟风之作，而是一部更突出对战争的思考的深刻影片，轰轰烈烈的战争场面只是吸引观众的噱头罢了。这让很多吴大导的忠实fans们着实松了一口气。其实，笔者也和这些fans一样，经常默默祈祷：但愿给全球华人带来骄傲的吴宇森不会在好莱坞的“电影流水线”上迷失自己的个性和才华。
