My family case is NIW, priority date:04/24/2003, I-485 10/15/2004.
My daughter and I received fingerprint notice on 03/03/2008, asked us to capture our biometrics on 03/11/2008. However, my husband did not receive notice. He did it in November, 2007 when he re-newed his EAD card. My husband said he was only asked to do one finger print, not all 5 or 10 fingers as he did in 2004. Is it still valid? My husband is the primary applicant.
Yesterday, somebody suggest me that my husband go to do fingerprint with my daughter and me on 03/11, it must be good idea, but will they do without notice?
