我在目前的公司工作不到半年。 我很喜欢目前的工作，但是我有两个头儿。而且俩人不和，暗斗。我刚刚到公司的时候不明真象，也不知是不是什么地方得罪了其中一位，还是她故意找我麻烦。总之，目前日子很不好过。 我想换工作。可是我有一个状况，我很喜欢现在的分析工作，但是我的职称和现在的工作不对应。I have two titles on the job offer when I got the job. one is Senior administrator and other one is staff accountant. I am actually doing the financial analyst job. Can I just put the analyst title on my resume? What kind of reason I can use for leaving the company? Thank you for any suggestions.
