Out of all DJI 30 components, only AXP/DD/HD/PFE/WMT are subject to continue to go down. All others are either subject to rebound, subject to break out or subject to continue to make new high.

For SPX, 1470 should be the support as it gapped up from 1407 in two days, closed there firmly and then consolidated above it. Given my best reading, the fact that SPX was below 1470 between 11/08/2007-11/28/2007 signals very aggressive accumulation because it was lifted up sharply on11/27&28! ie, big boys want bulls to chase high and close the big door for bears quickly.

Plus, 1470 was the surge up starting point of 09/18/2007. So very unlikely it will go further down.

Looking at SPX k-lines, the negative bar of yesterday is either like Tuesday 08/28/2007 on which day it penerated 200SMA to shake out weak hands after a local sharp strong rebounce or Thursday 09/06/2007 on which day it repenetrated 200SMA after which another small down day was followed. Since yesterday was Friday, the correction might have finished; or it will open flat on Monday then go down a little bit to penetrade 20SMA which is 1465 then close again around 1470 forming a doji or close much higher with a long bottom profile.

Major stocks like XOM/T/UTX/HON/PG/COP/MSFT/CSCO/ORCL/QCOM/AAPL are extremely strong.
