We arrived in Granada in early morning, took a taxi to the hotel (6 euros) so we could drop the luggage and started sightseeing.
1. Our hotel.
2. Our room. To be fair, it is a decent sized room. But comparing to the 2-bedroom apartment we got in Barcelona, it looked so small.

7. Approaching Royal Chapel of Granada.
8. Capilla Real de Granada (Royal Chapel of Granada) where the remains of Queen Isabella and her husband King Ferdinand lie. They were the ones who brought unification to Spain and sponsored Christopher Columbus' voyages.
9. Cathedral de Granada.
10. There were several knife shops near Cathedral de Granada.

After spending a whole afternoon at Alhambra (I'll have a separate post on that), we were so beat, so we took a taxi back to the hotel (5 euros) and rested a bit before going out to dinner. We went to the restaurant recommended by the guy at the front desk. It turned out to be horrible. The food was worse than mediocre, and the price certainly wasn't cheap. I can't believe how can anyone recommend such a place.

16. We saw ham hung in restaurants all the time, but never this many.
