Magic Auto-1

We're now in the cession of buying a car. It is a second-hand car, 2001 Nissan Altarma 4d, which seems a little bit expensive and luxury for a new-arriving couple in US like us, I think. But after all the depressing things we went through when we looking for a cheap but nice car from a private seller, we decided not to trust any attractive ads posted by private sellers on line in our life any more, and made up our mind to buy this $5,900 car from this automobile dealer- Magic Auto.

The first also the last private seller we've ever visited is a black man. He seems very wealthy, looks like a gentleman, and owns two fancy cars including this 2002 maztar which we were interested in. ,This gentleman said the reason he wanted to sell this car was 'I'm getting noticed because I have two cars and I only have one parking lot of my own'.  The price is amazing, he only want $4,900 for this car the mileage of which is around 70,000. It was very cost-effective, we thought, though we felt a little unsure about the quality of it because the price is too low comparing a car having moonroof, leather chairs. Everything went smoothly, until we put $500 deposit and went back home. When we look up for the information on 'carfax.com' about this car, 'ALERT' appears. This car has a salvage title! How come the gentleman never told us that when we asked about the information about this car! He just didn't tell us anything that would make us decide not to buy his car. Technically he didn't lie to us because each time we ask him whether there's any accident he just told us that he didn't know, but the car is good. We’re just too silly to imagine that he must be a gentleman and will sell a nice car to us in a very low price.

This gentleman taught us a good lesson, there're never going to be so good a person who wants to sell a excellent car to us with very low price except relatives or friends. OK then, from now on I’d like to be skeptical and became a ‘doubting Thomas’.
