chicken noodle soup

其做法是:把羊肉和羊油切成薄片,肥瘦搭配地穿在細鐵釬上,放在長形的烤羊肉串爐上烤,然後撒些辣子面、精鹽和孜然粉,數分鐘即熟。 其色焦黃、油亮,味道微辣,不膩不膻,鮮嫩可口。

Dough with Bread Machine

1.Remove pan
2.put kneading paddle
3.1 egg with room temperature (27) water 3/4 cup too much!!
  oil 2 TBL(?)
  Sugar 2 TBL
  Salt 1 tsp
  Bread Flour 2 cups
  Yeast 1.5 tsp

Chicken noodle soup

3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx. 3 medium breasts) cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 medium stalks celery, sliced
2 medium carrots, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 (14.5 ounce) cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1 cup frozen peas
1 teaspoon dried parsley (dried marjoram or basil , thyme)
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 bay leaf

1 cup uncooked rotini or favorite pasta

Heat all ingredients except pasta in a large soup pot over high heat toboiling, stirring occasionally.Cook another 20-25 minutes until vegetables are cooked. Skim off fat.Stir in pasta and return to boil,stirring occasionally.  Reduce heat and cook uncovered for 10-15minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta and vegetables are tender.Removed and discard bay leaf.Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
