2008，NH有注册选民80万，其中不到40万的turnout是肯定的。剩下10万的turnout是今年新增的，被今年的热火选战给烧出来的。在原来的40万里，各候选人的比例按IOWACAUCUS以前polling来决定。新增的10万票，按今天的选举结果加上以前的40万里的分配比例来推算。
