前日读到国防大学马骏教授的一篇文章，他对中国对外拓展战略的解读有点一厢情愿，与事实不符。拉美国家骨子里亲美，亲华是权宜之计，中国在拉美基础设施援建的风险很大，从生意角度看不是好买卖。古巴未来会走近美国，其他拉美国家也是如此，大国势力范围不会轻易被经济合作破局，否则日本早已控制拉美了。英国加入亚投行是出于自身金融大国提前布局的考虑（[阅读全文]
