我刚问了H4延期的问题,原来PERM应在H16年到期前的365天递出去，现在才有再延一年的理由。我们的6年到期日是03/03/08，可是PERM是11/05/07递的，再查了刚刚延的H1andH4，是要求延到07/25/08，（根据几个月的在外国的累计日数）。这就是说这中间有了gap。律师在递140时02/05/08，要我们写了一封信附上，说是证明我们的确有hardship,才那么需要绿卡。以次理由来催140尽快批下来。
