看看这两个数字,能看出其中奥秘吗?LEH的破产资本为七千亿,WM的只有三四百亿(当然还是上了前十名)。LEH的规模在银行业上并非很大,但因为是投资银行,Leverage允许达到30倍(一般商业银行则只允许8到10倍)。所以这救市救的主要是投资银行——虽然剩下的两大投行赶紧改变身份,变成一般商业银行,但其背着的Leverage还是与LEH相似,总量则远超过LEH,所以救市实在紧迫,所谓帮助整个美国[阅读全文]

怎么竟有这么多人想不通这个概念呢?ShortSale的对方是谁?总得有人买才可能成为Trade,买卖完全对称。在任何交易中,ShortSale与sale完全一样,都得有买卖才可能成为交易,所以市场的下跌不可能与交易中的一方有关系——如此简单的道理,竟然被如此金融大国的政界媒介所不解,也许是有意的愚民政策,但也有可能因为这种简单的市场概念—时不易受一般人的接受。
